    Porto its cargo hubs This system is used amongst others by Menzies and by Lufthansa specifically in the Shanghai hub With its capacity to communicate with the cargo reservation systems of aviation companies by means of duly standardised IATA messages it provides the user with a unique work interface and is turning out to be an extremely powerful tool with tremendous impact with regard to training costs This change corresponds to the growing demand by airlines to be assisted with their own cargo by the handling agent as with what already happens with passenger services On the other hand this exchange of messages in real time allows airlines to have immediate access to information on their cargo Another advantage of the system is the fact that the whole Warehousing operation selection and palette storage is performed by mobile devices which collect pertinent information which is automatically made available to the back office There is also a client notification module using fax or e mail which triggers an automatic message as soon as the arrival of the cargo is confirmed At the same time there is also a billing module which by guaranteeing the integrity of the data ensures the return
